We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time inkntech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

Shop4Tech got the message about the breakage problem. My box of 100 arrived today, shipped a box within a box, the inner carton bubble wrapped, all excess space packed with kraft paper. Voila, no breakage! The cases are a bit flimsy as someone else described, but I'm still giving them 5 stars for a great price on a very serviceable product, shipped same day for free.

Great double CD case. After reading other reviews and seeing that some people received 2 or 3 broken ones (which I can sympathize about), I have to say that the best part of my order was that out of 100, only 1 was broken at first glance; further inspection may reveal more, but I doubt it. And the one that was broken was one of the tabs on the door that snaps in place on the case. I have a couple of spare double CD cases, so I'm not worried about 1 very minor bit of damage. Very satisfied with my order and with the whole process at Shop4Tech.

All items arrived without damage. So far I like these because they hold the CDs very well. Since I was going to use these for shipping CDs, that is a very important feature.

Great cases I received 6 broken cases out of 100. Based on the others comments shop4tech should exchange them without a problem.

I ordered 100 of these cases and only about three were broken. I had been looking for cases like these and was glad to have found them. I like the way the middle is set up for the 2 disc.

These jewel cases are pretty sturdy. They have a professional look and feel. Out of 100, 3 of them were broken. Overall I'm satisfied with them.

Flimsy design - I do not like this cases very much. I do however, like the way the tray stays and holds the back liner artwork in there tightly. Out of 50 I receive 18 cracked and broken cases. Shop4tech replaced them at no cost, with no questions asked. Maybe UPS folks played football or soccer with the box, who knows. I like the black double cases better - they are more sturdy.

I like the clear design. Come all together in one piece. Out of 2000, I've only recieved 2 or 3 rejects. Great CD case
