I did not know anything like these existed. I live in NYC and space is at a premium and those DVD old cases take up room for me..these are clean and so friggin easy..what I do is print a movie cover off of Amazon, you need to shrink it by the about 30% and cut it in a circle, I have stick glue and put it on the cover ,two places,let dry..done deal
I'm getting done in stock and will get more..I won't do the blurays & regular DVDs that I've bought cause the packaging is usually well done and collectable...

I've purchased a couple hundred of these clam shell cases. They seemed fine to me at the beginning but then I realized that after opening and closing them several times, the latch on some of them no longer engages or is very loose. The result is that the cover flops open.
If you are only using them to mail or ship a disc, then you probably won't notice this problem because it is out of your hands. But if your client or customer at the other end opens and closes the case several times, then they may notice the poor latch design.

I have order many times from Shop4tech and everything I order so far has been great including these clam shell case's, well worth the money, plus when you get that 10 or 15% off coupon, it's a deal you can't pass up.

they r just fine good for keeping your own cd collect dont open very often they may crack easily .good price color is not that clear some dont close firmly

i am into my second 100 cases.
the cases are very sturdy and great for mailing.
i mail DVD' containing computer files all over the world.
i have yet to have a disc damaged in the mail.
the fishtail design is also quite useful.
i have constructed a wireframe to hold the cases via the fishtail.
i will not be buying anything but these from now on.

These cases are great. I have used other cases that cost more and all of them are lacking in quality. These are heavy duty, cheap, and look great. You can't go wrong. Also when i received my order they all worked. Usually at least a couple are always defective. I'm buying these from now on.

Pretty tough case, but hard to open. Shipping was ok, but packaging needs improvement.

These are economical. They protect your disks just fine in the mail. They're also ugly. They're a half-oval shape, locking in the center. The center-lock makes them thicker than competitive products, and doesn't protect the sides of the dvd as well. It does keep the disk from moving, so if you have to cheep out, you won't have any problems. I'm going to switch to another one though.

Have seen inferior products for more money.
Basically you can't ask for more for about $0.20/each.
Easily fits 2 CD's. Bonus! :-)
Can't go wrong for the price.
